It’s that wonderful time of year when you hear and see birds all around. Caring For Life’s headquarters at Crag House Farm is no exception, especially when you hear and see the birds enjoying the ‘Care in Creation’ conservation area.

We have for a long time been running a ‘feed the birds’ project on the farm, a project which many of our beneficiaries are involved in. We have also encouraged visitors to the farm to purchase seed from our small retail area.

As you can imagine, we were very excited when we came across a Bill Oddie range of bird seed. The products under this brand are all made by a highly respectable company that has been producing the seed since 1937, with the consistent quality that we were accustomed to both using and selling.

We’re now stocking this new range of food and are certain that people (and their birds!) will really take to the new range.

The range we will be selling includes the following:

We are also doing a promotion pack which has the Really Wild Bird Food, and a seed feeder attached, to encourage younger people to start to think more about wild bird care, and to get involved in heping to sustain and protect our wild bird population.
