Jason has been trying for a long time to give back to CFL something of the love that we have shown to him. His way of saying thank you is to try to help us raise funds. Jason has very few friends; in fact we here are his only friends. So finding new sponsors is almost impossible for him. That is where YOU come in!

Jason is soon to be embarking on his latest fund raising venture. If you remember, he ran a marathon for CFL three years ago, and also ran a challenge against Rod for us on Open Day in 2006.

We have been praying in our morning prayer meetings for the Lord’s help with finances. Just recently things have been quite hard, and in addition to that Jason heard that we were building the new Adult Learning Centre, so he asked if he could do something to help raise funds.

He asked Rod Wark, a long time supporter and fundraiser, if they could do a sponsored ride together, Rod immediately agreed, and they will be cycling over two days from Liverpool to Leeds, arriving to a huge welcome at CFL on Saturday Sept 15th - our Supporter’s Day.
