FACT: 326,000,000 cubic miles of water cover the earth. The oceans are made up of 317,000,000 cubic miles of water; that’s 97% of the total amount!
You may think that a donation would merely be “a drop in the ocean,” however Caring For Life depends on an “ocean full of drops” to make sure that the work can continue. It is interesting to note that, just as the oceans account for 97% of the earth’s water, 97% of the referrals given to Caring For Life have been successfully re-housed. Your support will count.

| Matching Scheme | ...as you will be aware, you can give to charity tax effectively. | In-house activities | … all of us carry around loose change either in our pockets or purses. Loose change under the cushions of sofas and chairs is rarely, if ever, missed. Other ideas could be an honesty box by the photocopier or fax, or a swear box. Why not collect it all together and send it to us? |

| Charity of the year |
As a successful company, you will be inundated with letters asking for contributions to charity. Each cause will be worthy, in its own right, all demanding your time and support. Why not choose a charity for the year and concentrate your efforts? In order to get your scheme started, why not use Caring For Life? | Adopt a project | Caring For Life runs different projects such as agriculture, horticulture, arts and crafts, woodwork and supporting people within the community. The area that your company works in may tie in with one of our projects. This could be a chance for you to sponsor part of a valuable project. For example, Caring For Life has to run 9 cars in order for the Floating Support team to visit 100 people throughout the city of Leeds.
