WEEKLY VERSE:
It is with deep sadness we regret to inform
you of the passing away of Peter Parkinson, our dearly loved founder and inspirational leader.
Peter went to be with his Saviour in the early hours of the morning on Saturday 10 April. His family were with him and they wanted to thank all those who had been praying for him over the past weeks and months.
We take comfort in remembering these words from God’s Word, ‘to live is Christ, to die is gain’. For Peter, his race is run, and the battle is over, and we praise the Lord that he now rests safe and at peace in his Saviour’s loving arms, the One he has followed and the One whose love he shared all his life.
