Trust Fundraising Officer
Caring For Life is seeking a Trusts Fundraiser to join our team. In this full-time, onsite role, you will be responsible for researching and applying for funding from trusts, foundations, and corporate supporters, as well as maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing funders. You will also support PR events and other fundraising activities, helping the charity continue to thrive.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong IT skills and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential. Experience is preferable but not essential. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact to peoples live through your ministry here at Caring For Life.

Design & Media Intern (TFJ Year)
Are you a graduate, or someone looking to build a career in digital media?

We’re excited to offer a brand-new opportunity to join our TFJ programme, with a dedicated focus on digital storytelling. This unique role gives you the chance to take ownership of our social media channels capturing life on the farm, sharing fundraising events across Leeds, and helping shape how our story is told through photography and video.

You’ll be part of our Digital Media team, receiving hands-on support, guidance, and training throughout the year as you grow in your skills and confidence.
​
Applicants will need to be over 21 and able to live and work in Leeds. If you’re creative, proactive, and passionate about using your skills to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

We are seeking a full-time Chef to join the Granary Restaurant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have commercial kitchen experience, including food management, ordering, along with strong knowledge of food safety legislation. This role combines culinary expertise with a pastoral heart, serving as part of a Christian organisation. The restaurant operates Monday to Saturday, with occasional evenings.

After 38 years, CFL continues to maintain its standpoint of only employing those who love the Lord Jesus. At Caring For Life, our work is based on the principle of Christian servanthood, and the way we support beneficiaries, and manage staff and volunteers, should all bring glory to God.
The principal aim of Caring For Life is to share the love of Jesus on a daily and very practical basis with many people, some of whom might have generally known nothing of His love; doing so through loving care and example, and it is our desire that they come to personal faith in Christ Jesus and become a part of His church.
We have some exciting opportunities for those wanting to work in Christian ministry, in a privileged environment where we get to share the love Jesus with the vulnerable and disadvantaged on the outskirts of Leeds.
These posts involve taking an active role in providing compassionate and consistent care to beneficiaries; taking part in prayer times; providing personal testimony of your experience of Jesus’ love, with both beneficiaries and members of the local community; and you may, from time to time, be asked to assist in supporting presentations in representing the Trust, predominantly to Christian church groups.
​As such, there is a requirement for the holder of these posts to be a practising Christian.
