Why We Help
COMPLEX SYSTEMS
The benefits system can be daunting and emotionally draining, especially for those who struggle to read, use a computer or keep appointments. That’s why our Benefits and Tenancies Team is so crucial.
The staff support those in our care, through the complexities of the benefits process, providing emotional support as well as practical help. It is such a blessing to be able to support people and to ‘speak for those who can’t speak for themselves.’ (Prov 31:8)
