May 2025 Prayer Points

Sunday

Praise the Lord for the many who have come to love and follow Jesus over the years of Caring For Life’s ministry. Pray they would stay close to the Lord and that they would also share the good news with others, as they live for Him.

Monday

Pray for all those who are going on our annual Bassenfell Manor retreat in the Lake District this month. Many will be nervous and afraid but pray that as they enjoy God’s beautiful countryside, conversations will be had about the God who made this wonderful world for us to enjoy.

Tuesday

Thank the Lord for the recent successful and exciting times on the farm with the arrival of our new lambs and calves. Thank the Lord for the opportunity to share the gospel with the families who brought their children up to see the lambs.

Wednesday

Please bring before the Lord today Caring For Life’s financial needs, thanking God for His faithfulness over many years but also asking Him to provide what is needed, especially considering the recent increases in outgoings due to NI and other rising costs.

Thursday

Pray for the Wendy Margaret Home ladies who will be away on holiday this month. Pray they have a blessed time of fun and fellowship. Please also remember the staff who will be going with them.

Friday

Thank the Lord for the daily opportunities we get to walk alongside people, many of whom are struggling to cope. Pray as we walk with them, that we will be able to share the words of Jesus, so that their hearts might ‘burn within’ them.

Saturday - Pray for all those supported by Caring For Life who are struggling with different addictions. Pray specifically for those who have just started out in rehab, that it would break the hold their addictions have on them.
